I was a little disappointed in this one. Was really hoping to like it better than I did. I had a problem feeling a connection between the H/h, Teague and Krisa. Teague is a convict who was being transported on the same ship that Krisa was on, who was heading to her future husband's planet. The ship crashlanded on Planet X, a jungle planet inhabited by cannibals and very intelligent wildlife.
While waiting to be rescued, they encounter dangerous wildlife and cannibals as they are making their way through the jungle. Krisa is trying very hard to keep her virginity intact around Teague but struggles more and more.
Overall, this wasn't a bad read it was just kinda meh for me. SciFi really just doesn't do it for me I guess.
